Withdrawal Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)

Version: 1.0
Governing law: German law

2. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB and conclude a distance contract with us, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons, unless an exception applies (see section 4).

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the electronic withdrawal function on our website (see section 5) or contact us at the address above.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from a contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you for that contract without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice, subject to applicable statutory rules and any lawful deductions. Stripe may act as Merchant of Record for the payment; reimbursement may then be processed via Stripe.

4. Early expiry / exclusion for digital content and services

Many offerings on Project Mega Pack are digital goods or digital services (including prepaid Ad Credits and related advertising inventory) that are not supplied on a tangible medium.

Your right of withdrawal expires early under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB (and related provisions) when:

  1. you expressly agree that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  2. you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving that consent, and
  3. we provide confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (e.g. email).

At Stripe Checkout we require a checkbox confirming that performance begins immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal for these digital goods. After that consent and delivery of credits / digital performance, withdrawal is generally no longer available.

B2B / entrepreneur contracts (§ 14 BGB) may not enjoy a consumer right of withdrawal at all.

5. Electronic withdrawal function (§ 356a BGB)

Where a statutory right of withdrawal still exists for an online distance contract concluded via our site, you can submit a withdrawal declaration electronically at:

https://www.projectmegapack.com/withdraw

(also linked in the site footer as “Withdraw purchase”).

The process has two steps: enter your email and order number, then confirm with a separate “Confirm withdrawal” action. We will send an acknowledgement of receipt by email including the content of your declaration and the date and time of receipt.

Order numbers are shown in your payment confirmation email (format MP-……).

Submitting a request does not automatically mean a refund will be granted where the right of withdrawal has already expired or never applied. We record the request for review.

6. Model withdrawal form (optional)

If you prefer not to use the online function, you may use the following wording:

To Garmingo UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Hörder Straße 324, 58454 Witten, Germany, support@garmingo.com:
I/We hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me/us for the purchase of the following goods/services:
Ordered on / received on: …
Order number: …
Name: …
Address: …
Email: …
Date: …

Submit withdrawal

Electronic withdrawal for online distance contracts (§ 356a BGB). Use your order number from the payment confirmation email (format MP-……).

For digital goods such as Ad Credits, withdrawal is usually not available after you agreed at checkout that performance begins immediately. You can still submit a request for our records.
